Then place the wheel on the outside, push the handle down, and it will pull the bearing out. Repeat to pull out the other bearing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTo use the PRESS, hold the pin up and place a bearing on the pin. Next, place the wheel with the outside of the wheel (usually the printed side) facing up and place another bearing on the pin. Tilt the pin down (sideways) and gently pull the handle down. You may need to guide the bearings a bit to get started. The aluminum hub wheels can be a bit harder than the nylon hub. Do not use excessive force.
