The Jazz J-99 Pic® 4-wheel frame set is suitable for skate sizes from shoe size 6.5. The 4-wheel frame offers improved stability and is suitable for jumps, doubles and more, spins and dance sequences. The frame has a double rocker that is suitable for the longer boot.
